2011 Annual General Meeting

The Board of the Okanagan Masters Swim Club hereby serves notice to all its members that the Annual General Meeting will be held on November 20, 2011 at 10:00AM.

Date: Sunday November 20, 2011

Time: 10:00AM – 12:00PM

Place: Kinsmen Fieldhouse, 3975 Gordon Avenue, Kelowna, BC  V1W 4M8

In accordance with our bylaws,  ten percent (10%) of all members in good standing constitutes a quorum at the meeting.
