Please make a special effort to support OMSC and take the opportunity to honour your fellow swimmers by attending the AGM.
OMSC has grown from strength to strength. We’d love to share our successes, progress and future direction with all our members in an interactive session. We also take the opportunity at the AGM to honour our members’ special achievements and contributions through an Awards and Recognition program that recognizes excellence, including special achievements in performance and contribution.
Our club is in great shape organizationally and financially. However, the successful management of OMSC depends on ongoing volunteer services from a broad group of members, for its strategic direction as well as its day-to-day affairs.
We believe in renewal, and encourage members who have not yet served on the Board, to step up to the plate and offer to help. Members need to do more than just swim with us. Several positions come up for election at this AGM including President, Past President, Treasurer, Meet Manager, Communications Director and a few Directors-at-Large.
Any member is eligible to stand for election. If you are interested in putting your name forward for any position on the Board, please contact Secretary Ashley Russo at secretary@okmasters.com If you would like to volunteer your services, but prefer not to hold a board position, please contact Ashley and let her know the services you could offer.
