2014 OMSC New Head Coach
We’d like to welcome Emil Dimitrov as the new Head Coach of Okanagan Masters Swim Club for the 2014/15 swim season. Emil has over 40 years of coaching experience in competitive swimming and modern pentathlon in both Bulgaria (his country of birth) and Canada. In fact, Emil was a former Olympic qualifier in modern pentathlon. He has worked with swimmers of all ages and abilities—from beginners to elite Olympians, and from young tadpoles to senior citizens. Emil has been recognized numerous times by his peers as the Swim BC Coach of the Year. Our full coaching roster for the 2014-2015 swim season will be announced soon. Come meet Emil at our Open House on Monday, September 22 from 6-7pm at H2O.
