When will the hytec online application/registration system be available?
Thank you,
Joyce
Hello Joy,
The hytec online file is available on the MSABC website under event information “hytec entry file”. Go to http://www.msabc.ca/upcoming.html and download it.
OR, you’ll find it on our OMSC website at https://okmasters.com///2011-provincials See under the heading “Take the Plunge for Provincials”
Hope that works OK for you. If not, let me know at president@okmasters.com
Thanks, Tony
Do I need Meet Manager first to do my own entry?
Thanks,
Joyce
Hi Joyce,
If it’s only one person entering, it’s easiest to download the entry form from our website https://okmasters.com///wp-content/uploads/2011/01/Sanc1105Prov2011WebFinal20110123.doc, insert your information, events, seed times etc and mail it together with payment to our meet manager Laura Garrett at the address shown on the form.
If there are several people submitting at the same time (with the same club) Team Manager (freeware) or Meet Manager (fee software) is useful. You would then download the HyTek file at https://okmasters.com///wp-content/uploads/2011/02/Meet-Events-MSABC-Masters-Swimming-Championships-15Apr2011-002.zip and use this to create and submit multiple (team) entries, which would be emailed to our meet manager.
It makes no sense to do all that for a few entries.
Hope that answers your question.
Tony
