Drop-in dry land training at H2O

Take advantage of your Y membership with one of these drop in dry land classes that can help build strength or help you stretch those tight muscles or a little of both. Please arrive for classes 5 minutes before the start time.
             CORE POWER – Core & Glutes on Tuesdays at 6:45 – 7:45pm
                                                Strengthen your center of power with this
                                                one hour class.
                                       – Abs 1000 on Wednesdays at 4:15 – 5:00pm
                                                 More intense class. Make sure you’re ready
                                                 for this one!
              STRETCH – Myofascial Release on Tuesdays at 5:30 – 6:30pm
                                                 Relieve muscle tension for better function and
                                                 performance in this program. Recommended by
                                                 swimmers who’ve tried it.
                                – Yoga Stretch on Wednesdays  at 3:10 – 4:00pm
                                                 Deep stretch and relaxation that helps improve
                                                 range of motion. Bring something warm for last
                                                 part of the class.
                              – Yoga Power Flow on Thursdays at 12:00 to 1:00pm
                                                Combination of strength and flexibility is offered
                                                 in this daytime class.
