Register – Okanagan Masters Swim Club

OMSC runs yearly and registration can be submitted at any time during the year.*

OMSC is a proud member of MSABC (Masters Swimming Association of British Columbia)
We have up to 13 coached sessions per week, depending on the time of year.
Members have unlimited access to any session and can swim as often and whenever you like. However, some sessions may be busier than others with more swimmers per lane and because of this, we can’t guarantee each session will have enough room.
We welcome all levels of swimmers who meet our minimum requirements. Please note that this is not a learn to swim program.
The times of the swims vary as does the pool length (25 m or 50 m). Check out our schedule for details.

* Exception: Coached OMSC swimming sessions will begin Oct. 1st for 26/27 due to H2O pool being closed for maintenance Sept. 8-Sept. 30, 2026. OMSC registrations will still commence September as the registration fee is annual and not prorated. Swimmers can swim on their own while the pool is open during the 1st week of Sept as our lanes will be available, note that these are not coached OMSC sessions.

Registration Process

Registration applications and acceptances will be handled digitally to reduce the need for paper and face to face interaction. No hard copy paper registrations will be accepted.

Ensure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader freeware installed on your computer.

Save the PDF to you desktop.
Open the document from your desktop, fill in all the required information and save.
Email the document as an attachment to [email protected]. Only electronic forms will be accepted.
Our Registrar will notify you by email about your fees and next steps (as soon as your application has been received).

Fees

Fees are payable in three parts as below:

Annual registration fee valid from Sept. 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. Fees include registration with MSABC and SwimBC (where applicable) to cover insurance costs as well as OMSC admin costs too.
A YMCA-H2O membership* is required. click for current rates
The monthly OMSC fee.

Note: GST applied where applicable.

*Because of our partnership with the YMCA at H2O, members of OMSC are also full members of the H2O facility. This offers complete access to the H2O facility – the recreational pool, the fitness facility and all the other amazing Y programs. Please see the H2O membership information page on the H2O’s website for monthly costs details.
